Where can I collect my tickets?
If you choose to collect your tickets (and most customers do) you will be met at Kiev station on your day of travel. Our representatives will be at the station on your day of travel from 11:00am to 12:00pm unless you have chosen a different time. You can choose a time between 12:00 - 19:00 if the default time does not suit your needs. The collection location is always inside the main entrance to Kiev Railway Station, unless otherwise stated. The collection time will be stated on your Order email, your confirmation email and on the description of your purchase with Paypal or Google checkout, unless you paid by a different method. Please check your emails, and you must contact us immediately via email if you have not received any contact from us after payment.
What if I miss my collection time?
If you are late for your collection, we will attempt to contact you on the supplied phone number you gave us when completing your booking. If we do manage to contact you we will make arrangements with you , If we are unable to get in contact with you we will wait longer for your arrival where and when possible. If after waiting a reasonable length of time and we have not been contacted by you and we have tried to contact yourself, your tickets will be returned to the ticket desk at the station. Remember that in Ukraine very few people speak good English, so please try and make your collection time to avoid any problems. If you are going to be late, you must make contact with our courier. You will be supplied with the mobile number of the rep that will meet you on successful purchase of your tickets.
What will I need if crossing a border?
If you are a UK citizen entering the Ukraine is easy, you just need your passport and you will need to fill out a small visa form. It will be supplied to you when entering or leaving the country at the border by the border staff.
